SHE FIGHTS BACK® is fun and non-intimidating self-defence seminar for women only. Our goal is to teach our most practical and effective Krav Maga techniques to women of all ages, no matter what their fighting experience or fitness level is.

During the class you will learn how to become aware about potential danger and the necessary tools to safely counter common types of street attacks that are typically targeted at women.

Training will be for 90 minutes of fun, fitness and self defence of course.

The SHE FIGHTS BACK® classes are specially tailored for women with no fighting/martial arts experience. It is suitable for everyone, and the minimum required age is 16.

Over the session, we will cover the below topics:

How to detect warning signs of potential threats
How to de-escalate threatening situations
Techniques to get power behind your strikes, punches and kicks
Efficient and proven ways to bust out of common street attacks (grabs and chokeholds)
Confidence to transform your attitude from victim into defender
